Well, the WUR have some leeway so it still comes up to 50-55 Psi when warm, but here is the tricky part.
IF? you knock that piece in too hard you WILL alter the warm pressure too and the chances to take it apart and try to knock it back out is pretty slim.
I lower the pressure on one side of a capillary tube inside the fuel distributor so that the working pressure on the other side (injector) gets higher. That way the engine gulps in a bigger amount of fuel on the intake stroke.
Below is a link to a Volvo site (forgive me for my sins)where they have it written down in a lot of words.
Volvo 240 older than 82 (85 turbos) have pretty much the identical setup of CIS system but without the cold start problems that Saab have encountered through the years.
