Nevermind, I've got it all figured out already. Basically, someone had cut the two wires to the APC solenoid when I bought the car. There was no solenoid, but the rest of the APC system was intact, but not working because of the obvious lack of a solenoid valve. I was looking for the wires, which had been cut and shved back into the wiring harness a little bit, and just wanted to know if the ones I had sounded like the right ones. Don't worry, though, I figured it out.
