The only transmission-related thing that you'll need is the transmission gasket.
New motor mounts wouldn't be a bad idea, though. Any C900 that I've taken the engine out of has had bad motor mounts. If the '91 transmission is from a N/A and has a solid front mount instead of the hydraulic mount that the Turbos have, you may want to stick with that.
If you have the money, it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the front and rear engine seals, oil pump O-ring, and harmonic balancer. The amount of labor to do that while the engine is out is minimal compared to doing them with the engine in the car.
