Too Lean -- Too Much Information

Now that I have a broadband O2 sensor and meter, I can notice changes. Very recently, the mixture started running too lean. What should I fix?
1988 900 Turbo Convertible, Stage II APC, 3" Exhaust. Had bigger injectors and FPR, removed them to pass emissions. Now has old OEM FPR and OEM injectors. When I switched back (before the recent "too lean") I readjusted the AMM to 14.7 A/F (= 1.0 Lambda) at idle -- a couple of weeks ago. Now A/F is 20 at idle. Weather is about 30 - 40 F.
So, what do I look for or change first, now that I have this information?
