Just a few items.
1. It is not necessary to remove the flywheel to get the clutch shaft bearing out. It can be prized out from the front.
2. Bleeding the clutch hydraulics by forcing fluid IN at the bleed nipple and removing fluid from the reservoir is much more effective. The fluid will be moving upward, which is the direction that the bubbles want to go anyway.
3. AP mentioned that he used an aftermarket clutch and not an OEM unit. That could be the problem if the aftermarket clutch isn't an exact match.
