It could be the brass nipple that goes into the throttle body is not tight as Kevin suggested. You could try gently gripping it with a pair of pliers and see if you can remove it. Then sand and apply a thing film of RTV silicon sealant and replace.
You are in the bay area right? Personally I would take out the throttle body coolant lines altogehter. Take the top coolant line to the throttle body out completely. The feed line should be coming from a rail underneath the intake manifold. Take the lower coolant line off the throttle body and connect it to the rail where the top collant line was connected. There shouldn't be any coolant lines going to the tb and you should have formed a loop with the one coolant line. That would solve the leak at the tb.
