Back then when we were doing this retrofit it wasn't that complicated but you need to loosen the 4 screws holding the evaporator to the body.
You also need to fold down the carpet on the inside passenger side and lift the evaporator housing up and tuck the tray in under the housing. It was just enough of room to lift the housing up to slide the tray under without removing the whole dash.
Then you need to figure out where to drill the hole in the left inner fender and route the drain hose out to the outside.
Part number for the tray kit is 9481839 $35.00, but I highly doubt that anyone carry it anymore.
You could always scavange one from a 86 and up car.
