That's one of those inconsistencies of the '88 model year. In '89, both the T and non-T used -013.
I toatlly agree about replacing all of the vacuum lines and grommets. Vacuum leaks abound in old, dried-out vacuum lines.
Cleaning the throttle body and AIC valve help steady the idle, too.
FWIW, when I replaced all of the vacuum hoses with silicone lines and replaced all of the rubber grommets, the idle on the '89 became rock steady.
