First, you'll want to slap a charger on the battery overnight to give it a chance to charge fully. A quick jump usually won't give the battery a deep enough charge to crank the car and run the fuel injection system while it's cranking.
If it still doesn't start after you get the battery fully charged, check for spark at the plugs. If it's really damp under the hood, it's always possible that old spark plug wires could be conducting spark to ground through old insulation before it even gets to the plugs.
