I assume that you want to eliminate the fuel cut out:
There's a pressure transducer under the dash on the driver's side. The vacuum line going to the gauge is Teed into the boost pressure sensor. There is an adjustment screw on the sensor but since it's difficult to get to most people just intercept the electrical signal going to the fuel cut-out.
The fuel cut-out can be eliminated by connecting two wires that are easily accessible in the area of the computer (ECU). Try searching the site for a photo or a description of the wires.
