hello, I believe you can get a large screw driver against the rotor and wedge the outer pad out . You do have the 'U' bolt out ?. I've also clamped a vice grip on the end of the pads with the holes and then pounded on the vice grip.
You can also try a round shafted screw driver in the pad holes to try and get some movement in the pads. Also ,do you have the tool or improvised tool to screw the cylinder back in before fitting the new pads ?. bj
