In a bad case scenario it might be that both fan motor have silently died.
But try first to find the cooling fan switch in left upper corner of radiator.
Disconnect the wires from switch and install a bypass wire over the two wires with ignition on. If both fans come on, the cooling fan switch is bad.
Since it is a turbo, both fans should come on when bypassing the cooling fan switch.
If none of the fans come on you need to take a test light and check for voltage down at each fan motor. If you have voltage there, the fan motors are bad.
If the A/C system is fully charged and working, both fans should come on when pressing the A/C button but only if the A/C system is fully charged and working.
