86's have oil lines to the valves that go bad...

...cost $20-30 to replace. If you pull off the valve cover and find the pastic joints holding the metal straws down are broken, you need to replace these plastic joints. Very easy to do. Make sure you have a new set of valve cover gaskets ready BEFORE you do this job, as no doubt yours are old and will either crack or leak if used a second time. (There are 2 valve cover gaskets, not 1. Be sure you get BOTH)!
Whilst you are in there, clean the metal straws carefully, and note the way each came out so you don't forget how to re-install. Also, look at the area of the timing belt. Specifically at the area just forward of it on the block. If you see engine head gasket material protruding, you need to replace the head gasket now to prevent imminent failure. This is a common occurence.
Your compressions are acceptable for a cold engine.
