Some site sponsors show, and perhaps Bentley or Townsend site would also have a nearly or fully complete suspsension component diagram. Replacing worn parts will provide marked improvement. Sounds like mostly front-end, but as suggested, also look at rear torque/trailing arm & panhard rod bushings. One former low-mileage T tracked impressively well; current highish-mileage NA doesn't fare nearly as well as suspension has only been partially gone through
