I would say ball joints and tie-rod ends. You can buy a kit (check saabsite) with tie rod ends, Ball joints, upper & lower control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, shock bushings, and ball joint bolts, for both sides, for about $200. The bushings shouldn't have too much effect on control, while the joints and ends will. Ball joints and tie-rod ends cost about $15 each. By the way, my 900 drives great in the wind, but my 9000 rides on a rail.
