Mine does the same thing too after I rebuilt my tranny. You may only need a very easy adjustment under the car that connects the shifting rod to the transmission. Very easy adjustment for a SAAB guy. I takes two people though because you have to make sure all the gears line up and shift properly including reverse when the adjustment is made.
