What car are you adding it to? What's the compression ratio of the engine?
Will you have enough fuel to keep your A/F correct when you add boost?
Do you have the plumbing all sorted out? Intercooler?
There is no short answer to determine how to adjust the WG for a car, but you should start with low boost (3 psi) while tuning, and go from there.
I'm not sure if your post would be more appropriate on the "performance" board or the "other cars" board.
Sounds fun, though!
