Tested pump- it was toast so we replaced that. Now, its pushing fuel all the way to the engine, but the car is not injecting fuel (we think).

What is tied into the relay? Are the injectors on the same system? And why is the relay under the carpet!? What do I look for when I pull up the carpet? In other words, I have to pull up the black brace on the bottom of the door frame?

How much does that relay run?
