IMHO it's irrelevant. The bushing is an oil pressure bearing...there is/should be no sliding unlike a piston ring although piston rings are also film lubricated, just a much tougher environment for the piston ring.
Far more significant is the issue of how well the oil line to the turbo has been cleaned and preferably replaced. The heat from the turbo WILL coke dino oil in the supply tube to the turbo. New turbo plus old supply line often leads to plugged turbo oil supply. If you've been running synthetic engine oil you might not have coked oil adhering to the supply line walls or in the casting/nut interface where the supply line hooks up.
No turbo supplier is going to warranty your new turbo if it has coked oil/particles clogging the bearing after failure...and they CAN easily tell by examining the failure mode. One is supposed to rifle-brush clean the turbo supply line to the turbo or replace it when replacing the turbo.
