Someone e-mailed me about it, and then I spaced the thread. oops
I bought the factory manual, but w/ the new fancy scanner I could e-mail the good info.
The parts cam from ATD here in the Atlanta are, but I couldn't find their number. Probably purchased or something.
This is a cut/paste of the e-mail I sent.
Price are cheaper than when I did it....
These are the part numbers for my 1985. It's listed as a t37tb (81-up) 119022B Front Band
119024 Rear Band
104006af Rebuild kit w/ gaskets and clutches
I tried 3 bands before I got the right one. They were either too narrow or too short. All had the same PN though. We just tried a few different vendors.
I got the parts from ATC Distribution Group Stockbridge GA But I can't find them, so I looked around a bit.

These folks don't have the converter, but that shouldn't be too hard to find. I think it was $125 or so.
Prices are a lot cheaper now!
I have the factory manual if you need it - I do the honor system loaner program.

That should point folks in the right direction.
If you don't pull out the diff, then it's almost a straight R&R.
Just go slow - take an old shaft seal off - put a new on one etc.
Slow and steady - don't expect to do it in a day the first time.
