Rear brake caliper removal - help!

My right rear brake pads on my 1992 Saab 900S CV are worn down to metal, and the caliper seems to be hanging up.
Trying to remove it to take a look, but I cannot get the 14mm (seems more like 11 or 12mm - defintely smaller than 14mm- I wonder why?) off to retract the piston adjusting screw.
I have soaked it with PB Superblaster now for 2 hours over and over again -pound on it with a screw driver...it just won't budge - I'm assuming this is not a reverse threaded bolt.
What are the alternatives to get this removed? I cannot get a hack saw blade in there to cut it....perhaps chisel it off, but what about the rest of the bolt?
Also, the guide pins are also stuck - can't break them free either...tricks?
Thanks,
Todd inMA
