the channels that the sunroof rides in have 4 drain holes, 2 front and 2 rear. The fronts drain down below the door and the rears drain out the quarter panel louvres. They sometimes get clogged with debris, fronts especially.

If that's the case, clean out as much as you can by hand and pour a small amount of water down each to check drainage. Worst case, you can blow them out with compressed air, but they're slotted so try holding your fingers around a rubber-tipped air gun. (just as well, since a high pressure blast could conceivably blow the drain hose off its fitting, then you'd have to pull the headliner to access.)
