saabworks apc tweak question

Hi
I recently tweaked an extra apc for my 88 900t according to the saabworks web site. The only difference after the tweak is that the boost just runs away, my guage only goes to 15 psi but I must be hitting 18 to 20 psi. I backed down the p and k but still no difference. Its like the apc solinoid never gets a signal to open the waste gate.
Has anyone elese done the saabworks mod and what kind of results did you get?
thanks for your reply
