sandwich sturdy flat piece of wood between pressure plate and underside of car. Use trolley jack to lift release bearing into place and compress using weight of car against jack...insert Saab clutch ring. BE VERY CAREFUL AND WEAR GLOVES to protect your hands in case.
Have done this several times with success.
