Does the car itseld accelerate as before or not? Could just be a vacuum connection to the turbo gauge needle. It is hardly possible that the turbo was shot with no smoke from the tailpipe. And even then the needle would indicate boost. Where does the needle go to when you floow the pedal in 4th gear? We need more info
