Check the connector at the APC box.. Mine jiggled loose one time and I had no turbo. The connector should "click" into place when well seated. If you have a spare APC box, it's an easy deal to swap it out to see if there's any improvement. Also check the hoses around the hooter valve... OEM plastic clamps can loose their grip over time and can blow off from the valve with turbo back pressure.
