I doubt most of you will read this due to my tardy response, but thanks for all the input!
I haven't retested the car yet. I'm waiting for the testing station (a Toyota dealership) to get back to me about the tech overshooting 3rd & using 5th gear instead. I've also decided to obtain another AMM or two from a salvage yard before returning my core to 'Injection Labs'.
I'm looking for a good place to have my injectors prof. cleaned & will check for distributor advance. I'm 99.5% certain I've eliminated all vacuum leaks...but then, I was 99.9% certain I had found all of them before...then I discovered the charcoal canister check valve was shot. I've also plugged the vac reservoir hose due to a leak in the dash someplace - one more straw on this camels back :(
This car runs great & gets outstanding fuel economy...I'm really puzzled!
I'll post an update as soon as it's warranted. Thanks again everyone.
