i found someone used a huge fat screw driver wedged in-between the flywheel and case part of the motor, sounds like it works.
that is if the wheel needs to be jammed stopped.
only thing i found is when work is done to the crank pulley, as in removal
the flywheel needs to be locked, makes the crank pulley bolts easy to extract, however pulling the flywheel the crank pulley with the belts still attached and and the car in gear should keep the wheel from turning.
i suspect.
there is little to none that posted about the flywheel.
