can you get the remainder of the bleed nipple out of the caliper? if you can all you really need is a small bolt that will fit the thread of the nipple. It's really only in that format to keep the mess to a minimum when you do a bleed. you will want a bolt that is *shorter* than the bleed screw, you *DO NOT* want to hit the beveled surface the real bleed screw does. what you want is a short bolt with the same thread, and maybe with a fiber washer on it too. then do the brake bleed, even the old fashioned way, get an assistant to pump pump pump, and then hold to the floor, then you crack that temporay usage bolt, stuff will squirt out around the sides of the bolt head, retighten (just snug no need to get physical with it...) and repeat about 5 or 6 times (be sure to check the brake fluid level in the res) and eventually the pumper person will say... "hey this is getting *hard* to do...". and you are done. snug the blot just a *little bit* more and leave it be. order the replacement bleed fitting and do this.... get the same pumper person to pum pump pump and then hold the brake pedal... tell them it may sink to the floor at some point during your procedure but that is ok and *DO NOT* let off the pedal, if it sinks go with it, when it bottems out say on it... your part is to take the bolt out, put the replacement nipple in, and once it'e swapped snug it just a little, have your assistanct pump pump pump and hold... you crack the nipple open, and repeat. when done snug just a *little* bit more, but not too hard! Bet you only have to bleed it twice at most this time.
