If I read his post right Rick's car boosts great when the APC is disconnected (he pulled the wastegate actuating hose off and got boost). So the reason he has no boost when the APC is connected isn't a vacuum leak, it's an open wastegate which is happening because the APC is sending manifold pressure to the wastegate like it's supposed to if it senses knock for instance. APC disabled (hose off) the wastegate closes and boost galore. Wastegate is working, turbo is working, APC is screwed up (when do we ever see that?). With freshly acquired boost that sticks until the pump is cut he may have dislodged an old vacuum fitting but that would be coincidental. Cheers
