An accessories catalog scan I have lists it 15x7, for 9000s (ET not shown but IIRC, they had a BBS 15x7 ET25, so maybe it's the same??).
If it is, in fact, ET27mm, then it will stick out +6mm vs. Aero rims, which are also ET27 and which already stick out too much IMO (+1" over stock). It is the Aero's offset, not diameter, that causes the well-known rubbing issues, so going to an ET27 15x7 will be worse in this regard; you'd probably have to do the "upper link lengthening fix" to address it.
Re: Tires -- for 15x7 + c900 go with 205/55-15, which preserves speedo accuracy. Kumho SPT is grippy, good in wet (but not *cold* and wet - it's a hi-po summer tire), cheap, and has a reasonably good wear rating. The Yoko. ES100 also comes in this size -- skip it. If you can get a 225 to fit, I'd go for it -- more tire = good. More money, though. 195 is too narrow for 7".
