this is a realitivly easy fix,
to help let me see if i got a pic of the back of the panel,... 1 sec...
great i did have on online already.
ok looking at the pic. in the upper right corner, u see the hole, then right next to it is a black looking thing.
the black looking thing is in-fact the bulb holder, the small bulb fits inside this holder then the holder is fitted into the hole and turned half a turn.
now notice the gold looking part around the exposed hole.
this is where the bulb gets its power from, by turning the bulb holder the half a turn it will line up the bulb holders contact points on top of the gold power supply enabling the bulb to get power to light.
after many years of driving, bouncing, hitting the dash to get the car to go faster, all will play into the flickering of the light.
all that has happened is the bulb holder has unscrewed a tad and needs to be reset, (the bulb holders contact points are just gripping the edge of the gold power output and soon will lose contact all together leaving the bulb with no power.
by taking the speaker grill off and the speaker out you will be able to reach the bulb holder to adjust it.
just a note: the area your looking at in the pic. is not the bulb holder your going after.
if you look at the black plastic mass right next to the open hole,
above that is where you will find your bulb holder thats flickering.
no new wires needed just and adjustment which can be done in the matter of minutes.
