Go to rallylights.com and find their electrical connectors page. Order up a pair of the ceramic H4 connectors, and a pair of the male 9004 connectors, and make yourself a decent length pigtail to go through the rubber boot someone else mentioned, and through the small hole in the housing. The big hole should have a round cover on it.
Making the pigtail allows you to move the lights easily to another car, should you want to, an also maintains the ability to swap back to the 9004 lights for inspections if you live in a jurisdiction where they don't appreciate the better lighting qualities of E-codes.
