Not saying this is your problem but I had similar trouble from bad spark plugs in cold weather.
My car came with a set of Bosch Platinum plugs, but very high miles on them. Started and ran fine till first real cold of winter, and when I pulled plugs the tiny platinum wire center electrodes had burned down to flush with the porcelain, even burnt down into little dishes in the porcelain.
Changed to NGK BCP6ES plugs and has started fine every day since.
Twice before I could get to changing plugs I DID get car going despite cold by pulling the plugs, putting them into the toaster oven for a good heat-up, carrying them outside wrapped in a chunk of old aluminum foil and juggling em into the socket and screwing them in quick. Started instantly then.
Didn't even really tighten them, just spun by hand till seated, popped wires on and ran around and tried it. Once it had run a few minutes I pulled wires off, tightened plugs properly, and restarted it to warm up.
(This is for in case you need to get somewhere, say to auto parts store to buy new NGK plugs, and haven't got wheels.)
