Sorry to hear about this. You will need to replace the steel dowels. On some of the higher performance engine that I use to build, I would send the crankshaft, flywheel and pressure plate into get balanced as a unit. It also would had been good to replace the flywheel exactly the position that it came off of the crankshaft. You might be able to return the dowels with-out removing the whole clutch assembly. Just reassemble and the job should be O/K.
