Hi, I had this same issue once. i.e. while at a stop light, the car would sometimes start to creep forward as if you were taking your foot off the brake with an automatic. This is due to a loss in pressure in the fluid line for the clutch. In my case, I replaced the clutch master with a used one, and the issue was resolved.

But I cant really say that the master cylinder is the culprit in your case since either the slave or the master could be leaking just enough fluid to cause the system to lose pressure while your foot is still in. I would really try to get a look at the underside of the slave, or at the transmission housing where that hole is where fluid would come out if you had a large leak at the slave.

In my case, there was no visible leakage, so I decided the replace the master with a free used one... and that worked. Good luck. Its either the slave or the master though!
