When i was younger those platinum 4 plugs came out and were like 6 dollars a piece, because of marketing and inexperience, I bought them . -Well they sucked! my car was misfiring and getting horrible fuel economy. I changed the timing then the boost fuel filter, air filter, FPR and nothing worked. finally I just bought the $2 dollar ngk's and everything worked again. - In fact i say it ran better than it did before i put the Plat 4 plugs in... - Probably from me trying to get the other plugs to work. - So in other words, just because marketing says it's going to do something doesn't mean they are going to actually do it. - NGK's seem to be the best plug for these cars...
