it's on the rear most side of LHS driver. remove this bolt and the clamp type device it holds in place, then wiggle the speedo drive up and out of the diff. i had a stuck one last week, it freed up with use of vise grips (gently) clamped onto the end there, from underneath it was pretty easy to use the grips to push it out while going side to side some. i prefer to leave the bottom section of the drive in the trans, if possible, and unscrew the cable, but if the drive end wasn't seated properly in the first place, that plastic nut will just turn-like you see.
