I just made sure that everytime I placed an order from eeuroparts I spent over $40 and got free shipping.
The biggest trouble I had overall was that the oil pick up tube was bent that the scrap yard gave me. I tried to straighten it out and when I did I bent it out of wack where it goes into the oil pump. I didn't notice it until I started up the engine and had no oil pressure. As a result I had to pull the engine again. This sucked just for a bent tube. I had to buy a new engine / trans gasket because I trashed my first one. Make sure you have a good seal where the tube goes into the oil pump. I did try to lower the engine out from the bottom the second time. This does not work in my opinion. I wouldn't waste time trying it. Just purchase or borrow a engine crane for the whole job. You will need it several times so renting one is not a good option in my opinion. The engine is very easy to work on once you pull it out of the car. It is a rather tight fit while in and hard to even tighten some hose clamps. Do as much work on the engine outside the car as you possibly can and you will thank yourself later. One more thing that I remember. Go to Home Depot (Hate the place sorry, They didn't even have locktite) and buy four small 1/2" pipe (I think) unions. They are about one inch tall and cast. These are great for spacers on the upper control arm. You will figure out where they go and this will save you time.
My car is running strong since the swap. Gears are a little tight at times but I guess you get that from a used trans. I put Honda MTF into the trans after cleaning it out and changing over the inner driver axles and seals. Fluid is still clear and after all of the seals I replaced on the engine I don't leak a drop. I have a front or rear main seal (the larger one) tool that I made especially for the job if you would like to borrow it. It will save you some frustration and the worry that the small inner spring is going to pop off and go into your engine. Let me know. Let me know how you are coming if you get stumped and I can shoot you some pointers. Good luck!
