i think there are prior posts on the board about that. you could also purchase a ready made one from the big auction site, although they are pricy.

there was also a post awhile ago about a pushbutton start button (a la really old/new cars) on either this board or the performance board. they were talking about mounting it in the lighter socket area if i remember correctly.

if you don't want to replace the switch, perhaps a thorough cleaning of the switch cylinder (search archives) or a new key cut from dealer by vin (i think that works, again, search lol)as your key may be excessively worn.
