My APC solenoid is as clean as the proverbial whistle. I'm not eager to point the finger at the Swedish Dynamics APC itself but I am starting to wonder. Whether it's a fluke or not I don't know but this is happening on every alternate trip so far, rather than randomly, which in itself is very odd and doesn't sound like, say, a vacuum leak somewhere.

Next step, if no other suggestions come to mind, is swapping out the SD apc for a standard one and seeing what happens.
