Yes sir, you most certainly did. Clamp is quite tight, my son checked the rotor cap and said it was tight (I will double check it). Car is dead on the roadside just now, so once towed home I will attempt to check timing, but tough to do from past experience when cranking a non-running car. I'm leaning toward the "internal module" failing causing the car to run very ignition retarded which would cause both the flat power and excess heat.
