There was a good reason for Saab to change to a Mitsu turbo....personally, I think the TE05 can produce a better result when upgraded as it has a lighter rotating mass. I used the super 16g wheel and it boosts very well at low speed and doesn't run out of steam after 4K. I put a switch inside the car to turn on base boost for running around town as it was way to wild under APC control...then when in faster traffic, flip the switch out of base boost and start collecting traffic tickets...
