There's nothing weird or fancy about the engine and theres no need to have someone far away build it for you. Find a good machine shop locally and have them do the work. If you have someone far away do it you will probably pay a markup on the machine work and then you have to pay to freight it. Once you get it installed it will not be any better than a good local machine shop will do. If you have a problem for some reason and you bought it from someone across the country, now you have to deal with getting the problem resolved. Easier to go local.
