get some of the ultraviolet DYE that is sold for AC coolant leak tracking... and put a couple of ounces in that ever fluid you suspect most, AND ONLY THAT ONE, after doing a very complete engine bay degrease, do some at home and the rest at a carwash, stay away from 1) the intake, 2) the distributor, and 3) all of the electrical connections.

Then do the dye into one fluid, and top up all the fluids, and drive for a week or two. Check for leaks with a UV light, also note which fluids you need to top off.

This should help you to determine if the one you added dye to is leaking. if after a couple of weeks you don't see any UV "hits" then add some DYE to the next suspect fluid, and keep going until you find the leaking fluid.

This should help you to 1) determine what fluid is leaking and 2) where it is coming out.

Then after you have done this to success, suggest you drain and replace all of the fluids you added the dye to, just because.
