That's a common part, I'd guess. I never saw the "auto and man" marking on my bracket, though, but my car is an early model. I actually removed the bracket because it was rattling and I didn't want anything in the road to snag the bracket and damage the transmission. The bracket serves little purpose, in my opinion, and if your exhaust is out of alignment you could make some adjustments to your downpipe and other connections down the line.
The bracket is just supposed to offer a little extra 'support' and comes in handy if you unbolt the downpipe from the turbo, but it should not contribute to a proper alignment of the system.
To replace the bracket, contact anyone with a parts car and you should have one in no time.
