i prefer not to make car payments so instead i spend my money and time fixing my old cars (91 900S and 87 SPG) and wishing i had the money to 'restore' them to the condition they deserve.
and its unfortunate that i have to drive them becuase really they should be 'stored' as collector cars. Hell one of them IS over 20 years old, and there's nothing on the street yet under 35K that even comes close to standing out like these cars do!
But once you've stripped one or two of these cars for parts, you know your way around them and repairs are usually quicker and quicker. but you better create your own parts bin because there are fewer and fewer in the 'yards' these days.
