is this the solid or hydrolic mount? The solid is very difficult to do, the other is pretty easy.
I would take the bash plate off, jack the car up via the cross brace and put jack stands under the car at the front jack points.
Then put the 2x6 or 2x8 lumber or 3/4 thick plywood and at least 10 inchs or so long under the engine and put jack there, loosen all three of the bolts on the motor mount, it might be easier to remove one fan not sure, also I would remove the hood and park upside done on top of the car with a nice thick pad or blanket between the hood and top but this is your choice and at this point you should be able to jack engine up *just* enough to squeeze the mount out. You can do the right side this way without being on jackstands, left side is a whole other problem. I like to do this way to let the wheels and all move with the jack and not have the tires drag on the ground and other weight be pre disposed to current placement. seems easier to control when I do it this way.
