Tough call. I usually try and avoid any unnecessary repair, but in all the years that I have owned Saab's it's rare that it heals itself. I would drive it (causiously) and give it the stop light test every so often. That is, when stopped at a light, keep firm pressure on the brake pedal and see if there is any travel of the pedal towards the floor. There should be none, but if there is, it likely says the seals in the master are leaking. Then rebuild or replace.
