She's moving back to DC from NY after finishing Law School, and I have promised her that she can drive it when she gets here!
As for these cars - I know what you mean. There is something about them - I have an A6 with a 4.2 V8 that is absolutely awesome. When I started commuting back to DC, I intended to pick up a Saab I could just keep running to keep the miles off the A6. Then I found this one - a sort-of rare SPG, that is pretty much the exact color combination I wanted when I was 16 or 17. So now - I have fallen back in love, and instead of just keeping it going, I am pretty much going to restore the car to original condition. It's a curse on the wallet - but it's the only option. It's kind of like getting back some of my younger days.
